A simple 2-bedroom 46-square meter condominium unit designed with warm colors and materials.

The family who owns the unit decided to renovate their home after 10 years of living in it.

They wanted to replace their flooring with a more durable material, create a layout that will provide more space for their family to move around, have a small dining area and build more storage spaces.

Overhead cabinets, integrated book shelves, and full-height closet were introduced in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, respectively. A convertible sofa was placed in the living room to accommodate guests staying overnight. Multi-use furniture are also introduced. The work desk and dining table can also be folded when not in use and chairs are stackable to create floor space.
